Denise Dourado Arisawa is a multidisciplinary professional with a background in Human Resources Management Technology and a PhD in Clinical Psychoanalysis. Her research demonstrated an ability to connect different areas of knowledge. She is currently a Master’s student in Economics at the University of Brasília (UnB), where she is part of the Supreme Federal Court’s 2024 class and represents the student body in the Professional Master’s in Economics.

With a career of almost eight years at the Secretariat of Labor, Denise distinguished herself in the formulation and implementation of public policies. Her work focused on valuing human capital and strengthening labor relations, promoting innovation and organizational well-being. Her contributions were crucial to the creation of a humanized and efficient management.

In addition, she works as an interdisciplinary researcher, contributing to studies that merge economics, psychoanalysis, and people management. Her most recent projects include research on environmental disasters and the environment. This unique approach positions her as an influential thinker, capable of offering complex solutions.
