Fábio Silva is an administrator graduated from the University Center of Maranhão (CEUMA), has a master’s degree in Socioeconomic Development from the Federal University of Maranhão (UFMA) and is currently a PhD student in Economics at the University of Brasília (UnB). He has experience in the area of management and innovation, having served as CEO of the Company Leiraw Professional Solutions. In the field of education, he was a professor in the National Program for Access to Technical Education and Employment (PRONATEC), at the State University of Maranhão (UEMA). Currently, he is part of the team of the Integrated Center for Territorial Planning (CIORD) and the Center for Technological Development (CDT), both at UnB, where he develops activities aimed at territorial planning and the promotion of technological solutions with a focus on valuing intangible assets, regional development and innovation. His trajectory combines academic and practical experience, with an emphasis on the articulation between economy, territory and technology.
