Francila Calica is the Head of Agricultural Affairs and Sustainability for Latin America at Bayer. With nearly two decades of professional experience, she is a senior executive in institutional and governmental, crises and reputation management, adept at connecting companies, society, and government in complex regulatory contexts. With a background in journalism and a consolidated career in agribusiness, Francila has worked in media outlets, class entities, and multinational corporations. Francila holds a degree in Journalism from the Federal University of Goiás, a master’s in communication from ISE Business School, and a postgraduate degree in Sustainability and ESG from FIA.
