Currently serves as the Secretary of Innovation, Sustainable Development, Irrigation and Cooperativism at the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock.
He has extensive experience in innovation, public management, information technology, and public policy evaluation, having developed strategic projects at the Ministry of Citizenship, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Culture, and the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO).
He holds a Master’s degree in Project Management Methodology (UFG), an MBA in Public Management (PUC-SP), an MBA in Marketing Management (UFRJ), and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (PUC Goiás).
